Eyal Harel is the General Counsel at HAAI, bringing expertise in both law and technology. Before joining HAAI, Mr. Harel worked as a senior associate at Herzog, Fox, & Neeman (HFN), Israel's largest law firm. At HFN, he handled legal matters for technology companies, including intellectual property protection, joint venture and partnership structures, data privacy, regulatory compliance, initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital raising. Mr. Harel holds a degree in Computer Science from the Open University of Israel and a Law degree from Tel Aviv University, graduating with honors. He is also licensed to practice law in the USA, having studied at NYU Law School in New York. At HAAI, Mr. Harel oversees legal affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing legal risks, and overseeing HAAI's patent portfolio and IP protection. Additionally, he works closely with the board of directors on corporate implementation, ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into the company's execution.
